@Austin, it sounds like the file you have downloaded became corrupt in some way.  I recommend re-downloading the file.

Great to have sorted the localization issue. Everything seems to do what it is supposed to. Especially the data distribution with server failure simulation is fantastic to use explaining the boss whats it is all about. Thanks.

You can disregard my previous comment. It is apparently an issue with my VPN client.
