Thanks for this just a couple of problems with the example spreadsheet graphic. The example spreadsheet has commas rather than semi colons in on row 4. The column numbers used for SendAs and Full Access are set differently (transposed) in the example spreadsheet and the PowerShell. You have column 2 as Full access in the example Excel file and Full Access as column 3 in the PowerShell code.
