@Andrei G: You are correct--the SetAA tool has been available for some time, has the ability to modify Direct Booking settings and can be incorporated into a script if you so choose. While Stephen's SetAA script has been wonderful for making direct booking setting changes over the years, we wanted to create a solution that incorporates detection and reporting capabilities, as well as the ability to make intelligent decisions about how to remediate conflicting settings. The Remove-DirectBooking.ps1 script provides all of these features to ensure that you are able to discover all the mailboxes in the environment that have Direct Booking enabled, as well as ensuring that existing Room or Equipment mailboxes that have AutoAccept enabled do NOT also have Direct Booking enabled. Also, since it uses EWS and AutoDiscover, the new script is optimal for multi-site and hybrid on-premises/Exchange Online deployments.
