Thanks for updating this. It's really great to have the latest, especially the information on specific CUs.
You might want to add some qualifiers or warnings about this text:
we’re calling E3/E5 out because they include Extended Use Rights that provide an unlimited number of Office Server licenses at no additional charge (see the Microsoft Product Terms for full details).
The free server licenses don't generally apply to customers who:
- Buy their Exchange licenses through a Cloud Solution Provider or any other channel subject to the Microsoft Cloud Agreement or Microsoft Customer Agreement.
- Have any users on the "kiosk" or "frontline" licenses (F1, F3)
- Are hosting Exchange with a third party.
(See "Extended Use Rights for Microsoft 365 E3/E5" in the product terms for Enterprise Agreements, Microsoft Product Terms) I
In practice, if Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 or the corresponding Office 365 E3 or E5 licenses enterprise-wide under an Enterprise Agreement, you are probably good. Otherwise, you probably do not qualify without a negotiated exemption or some other special situation.
