Update Rollup 5 for Exchange 2007 SP1 (announced a few days ago) has been released. The rollup is available on the Download Center here:

The issue with the small font size in Firefox/Safari is a known issue. We are working on a fix for it and should be available in a future update rollup.

I am not sure about your question. I am guessing you are asking about one of the following. If not, then can you please elaborate?
If you are trying to combine rollup 4 and rollup 5 into a single installation package, then that is not necessary. Our rollups are cumulative. Rollup 5 has everything we shipped in the past rollups. There is also no need to upgrade your servers in a sequential fashion. The only point to remember is that when you uninstall rollup 5 the system will go back to whatever state it was before. E.g. You can jump from rollup 3 to rollup 5. If you uninstall rollup 5 the system will be back to rollup 3.
If you are trying to install the rollup when you setup the server for the first time, place the latest update rollup in the Updates folder. The rollup will be installed when the server is first setup.
