Update Rollup 5 for Exchange 2007 SP1 (announced a few days ago) has been released. The rollup is available on the Download Center here:

We have upgraded the environment exchange2007 SP1 Rollup5, after this we found the Migration from notes to Exchange stopped working. We have installed Transport suite for notes on one of exchange2007 Hub transport serve.
