Why is Microsoft throtteling and blocking my up to date 2016 on-prem server?
Is this a False positive?
Before last thuesday it ran on 15.1.2507.37 which is also a supported version.
Also, we did not get any notification the server was throttled, we found out when users starting to receive NDR.
Not happy at all with this.
