since 11 April 2023 we receive permanently "You have exceeded the available concurrent connections for your account". After 45min/1hour one access (like getting a shared folder and sending a mail) is possible and afterward again "You have exceeded the available concurrent connections for your account" is returned by online exchange server/ews. We used the same code since one year without problems and didn't change anything, and since two days we can not access our folders in the "online" mailbox like before. Authentication works and delivers us a token, but access with ews fails most of the time. Our processes need the access of mail attachments which are stored in a shared folder. Currently our whole business workflow is stopped. Currently I'm thinking it was a failure to change from local exchange server to microsoft online. We have no chance to see if there were any changes on ms online and we are not able to log anything.
Please can you tell us if there were any changes in the last days?
