Microsofta-yates , we're not sure if it will work if you have a remote mailbox / mail user object for the PF admin account in the on-premises Exchange (you would use LegacyExchangeDN from the on-premises side, not EXO). And yes, we should be more specific in the documentation in regards to migrating ALL mailboxes but the PF admin one. In general, admin accounts / mailboxes are separate from end-user mailboxes (for example, admin would have 2 accounts / mailboxes on Exchange, one used only for administrative purposes and one as regular end-user).
