Following your recommendation, I'm getting this error:
Invoke-WebRequest : The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
The original problem is that the migration from on-prem to ExO fails.
No changes to the firewall or the cert, or anything else, to my knowledge.
