When you say the "servers stop 20 min everyday" what does that mean? Can you explain?
What Servers are stopping? Why are they stopping?
When you say you need more time to do the migration, the problem with that is the EOL for EX2013 was known when it was released and we let that server hit it's EOL naturally which was 10 years. It went out of support in April of 2023 and we would have hoped you would have been off of it before then. But it's been a year since so we need to speed up that process. EX2013 has not had a security patch due to it being out of support for well over a year. You can request an extension in your tenant if you want but that work needs to be completed when the second 90 days is granted.
Do you have all the right documents to make sure you have EX2019 configured correctly?
