Throttling and Blocking Email from Persistently Vulnerable Exchange Servers to Exchange Online

I wanted to piggy back off of RuffDay's comment about running the report after performing an upgrade/update to the exchange build. Is there a way to test or confirm that an exchange server will not be throttled in the future, other than just looking at the server build number? I got up to build 15.01.2507.039, which is confirmed in the health check report and is one of the recommended builds. I just wanted to see if there was any other way to confirm it is truly good to go, before turning off the enforcement pause. I had to enable it after getting to Stage 5, so before I remove the pause and potentially go back to 30 minute delays, I need to be positive that there is nothing else to be done at this point.
