Throttling and Blocking Email from Persistently Vulnerable Exchange Servers to Exchange Online

Like Mahlas am I curious about some concrete official guidance regarding when a server will be falling out of support.
Especially for the EX2016, we have a load of customers we are still working on that version.
I would expect some of them willing to wait out Server 2025 and then perhaps even migrate to straight to Exchange SE.
If we have a better view of that, then we can know it is realistic to offer this option and wait for Server 2025, which should be released later this year? We also have to think of our own time to see how well Server 2025 works in our environment (e.g. backup product support etc), which can take a few months. Thus we might not have much leeway with our hybrid customers depending on how quickly EX2016 will be blocked by ExO.

Any official information on it, or when to expect it would be much appreciated.
