Throttling and Blocking Email from Persistently Vulnerable Exchange Servers to Exchange Online

SK_Yau  yes, that's right. 90 pause days to use in 2024 then near the end of December you'll be granted another 90 days that you can use in 2025. So yes, if you saved this year's 90 days for the end of the year you could use both grants consecutively to pause enforcement from October 3rd 2024 through March 31th 2025. 

Also, don't forget that when we initially detect an out-of-date server the first stage is 30 days reporting only, no throttling/blocking. So if we first detect that your server is out-of-date starting on September 3rd consider waiting for 30 days until October 3rd before creating a 90 day pause. That way you'd get 210 consecutive days throttle/block-free. Hope that makes sense. 🙂
