It was nice that the more recent message center post included App ID's driving usage in our tenant. But we had an issue tracing one of them (wasn't able to find it using the instructions listed), it turned out to be "Microsoft Forms Web" with some different “Resources” listed including “Microsoft Graph” but also “Office Hive” and “OCaaS Client Interactive Service” sometimes. We aren't knowingly using these - they appear to be other Microsoft products hooking in this way? Is there a way to know what the impact will be when these no longer have access through the REST API?
I'm also wondering if there is a way to refresh the list provided in message center - it feels like the list is too short (we expected to see other apps listed) - but otherwise we'd just like to be able to run a report ourselves to confirm. We are very close to moving mailboxes to 365 ... but probably not quite close enough to get all the impacted users by "beginning in June". So need to communicate to all app owners.
I've burned two weeks waiting on a useful reply from support about these two requests ... figured I'd try my luck posting them here.
It would also be nice if we had the opportunity to delay this in our tenant like you did with the basic auth shutdown ... a 60-90 day delay would get us out of the woods until our mailbox migration is done. Our account rep has apparently asked and been told its not an option ... maybe my comment here will help our cause 😉
Thanks!
