I've installed Exchange 2007 Beta 2 and have been impressed with the progress made from the CTP/Beta 1. But I've found a bug with the SendConnector. I am on a SBC dsl connection for my testing which requires me to relay all my outgoing email through their mail server. I setup a smarthost with basic authentication and it doesn't work. I did some testing and discovered that it was changing my username from someone@sbcglobal.net to sbcglobal.netsomeone which causes the authentication to fail. Any ideas on how this can resolved so I can test the Beta? If you want more info on the issue you can email me mark at davidsons dot org. Also where is the correct place to file a bug report. I couldn't find anyplace to do that.
