Kevin:
I experienced the same thing. In fact, I'm experiencing odd results across the board with no clear explanation. As a test, I updated my local patch to 931836, without the Outlook patch. I also created a post-patch test calendar entry for 9:00am, March 13th. I set the system clock ahead to roll over to the new DST successfully. I then opened Outlook. My test appointment was still 9:00am (as I set it in the post-931836 world), but my other 8am PRE-patch calendar items were all at 9:00am now when they were previously set to 8:00am. Okay, fine. I'll just run the Outlook Update tool and those should be fixed. Right? Wrong. After running the patch, it did NOT rollback my pre-931836 8:00am dates to the right time. Those stayed at 9:00am. What DID happen was my test post-931836 9:00am March 13th calendar item rolled back an hour to 8:00am.
This is not good.
