I really appreciate this blog, it gives me a much better understanding of what is happening.
We are ready to apply all the patches and update everybody's mailbox.
We ran the MsExTmz tool, we fixed any errors in the Mailboxes_1.txt file.
While running the tool, it could find all the users where in EST and said it didn't understand. I selected GMT -5 and created the Mailboxes_1.txt file.
The Mailboxes_1.txt lists only Eastern Standard Time. Is this correct?

I am going to try a couple of mailboxes, but I am confusion since the MSExTmz did not understand EST but it creates EST entries in the Mailboxes_1.txt file.
