Step by step run of the Exchange Calendar Update Configuration Tool (MSExTMZCFG.EXE)
After running the msextmz_1.bat, the tool prompted me for a profile, and then the pop-up disppeared. THEN, it ran through the list of users. First one happened to be my manager, and within a minute, I started getting the meeting invite for the meetings that held in the past (recurring meetings). It was scarey, and I rushed and cancelled the batch file command window.
When I opened the log file it created, it ran through about 19 of his meetings and in each and every one of them, the "old" and "new" start and end times are the same ! Is this normal?
Can someone tell me what specifically the admin (me) and the user as well as the meeting attendees for the user should expect as a result of running this tool?
All my users are in EST timezone.
