Victor_IvanidzeUnfortunately DL would not suit our case because if a new employee comes in to say the sales team, they will need access to existing emails that came to sales email address, so a shared mailbox is the only option. However, even after creating a DL and assigning send as permission to user, it still does not show in the list of send as alias feature as per what's released here. Does not show up in the user's OWA under "Address to Send From"
The_Exchange_Team. So, neither shared mailbox permission nor DL permissions allow using this send as alias feature. Only adding SMTP email under user mailbox from admin panel shows in the send from list in OWA settings and outlook desktop.
