Running the Exchange Calendar Update Configuration Tool in report only mode

I tried to follow above instructions in our lab - changed RebaseOptions parameter to 523 (default options) - I can't see the report data although it may just be in our test lab no appts are impacted.  Where is the report data held and in what format?  For example are there individual log files for each user/server or just 1 big log file that summarizes how many items in total would be changed if the tool was run in proper update mode?  Any examples you could provide would be much appreciated.
