Unfortuantely Microsoft hasn't publicly acknowledged (to my knowledge) any real issues with this UR, so I wouldn't be expecting a "v2" of this update until this post is updated stating as such. For anyone having the issues with deleting items or installation failures I'd recommend contacting MS for support (it sucsk, I know, but it can't be recognized as a problem until it happens enough times).
As for the link @oddable shared, I don't know how any of these are "Known Problems" without an MSKB on them, so the comment that a "v2 may be in the works" by the author is pure speculation.
So again, the only way to get these issues resolved, either by config change, QFE, or v2 of UR 6, is to contact MS and start a support call. First level support isn't a treat, I get it, but it's a necessary evil.
