This is not a security release, but customers are encouraged to deploy these updates to their environment once proper validation has been completed. • Under the required OS, server 2003 is not listed. Is this not available for Server 2003?
  • Does Update Rollup 14 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 3 only contain daylight saving time updates?

I ask because I can't find information about any other issues resolved in Rollup 14.

  • Is it a mistake or starting UR14 is not supported on Windows Server 2003? Thanks
  • Is this update really important for customers from Germany ?
  • This update really includes only the single daylight saving related change of Russia, that went into effect back in 2011 October, or simply the Daylight Saving Time Help and Support Center site (

    http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_dst ) has not been updated since March 14th 2012 ?

  • Is this a mandatory update for german customers ?
