Released: October 2023 Exchange Server Security Updates

We are getting same error (error 0x80070643) while installing Microsoft Exchange Security Update Oct 2023(kb5030877) for exchange 2019.

All services in server are disabled. 

Note: Exchange server language is English and Aug security patch is already successfully installed.

Although we uncheck ''Check for publisher's certificate revocation" in internet options, we get same error. And besides, in update log, there are following errors:

 1- "Installation cannot continue. The Setup Wizard has determined that this Interim Update is incompatible with the current Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 Cumulative Update 13 configuration."

2- "Product Name: Microsoft Exchange Server. Product Version: 15.2.1258.12. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation. Update Name: Security Update for Exchange Server 2019 Cumulative Update 13 (KB5030877) 15.2.1258.27. Installation success or error status: 1603"

3- "msgINTERIMUPDATEDETECTED = Unable to install because a previous Interim Update for Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 Cumulative Update 13 has been installed.  Please use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the Interim Update before running this setup again."

4- "msgRequiresProc = The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 Cumulative Update 13 that you're running. Check your computer to see whether you need an x64 (64-bit) or x86 (32-bit) version of this file."

Any idea to solve this error?
