Hi, latest Security Update for exchange KB5044062 - broke "MAIL FLOW" rules.

Exchange on Prem. win. server 2019 / exchange 2019 - all worked Ok before update, after tuesday update - MAIL FLOW stopped working. enabling/disabling rules - temporally makes everything work again. after some time (couple of hours) it stops again. any suggestions? (except for uninstall update)

Same Scenario for me,also either I restart transport service or the server itself.
