I've been using Microsoft products since MS-DOS 3.3 sonny; I know how they operate. You have failed to produce a usable support venue for the Outlook Mobile app so until you can do so, kindly put a sock in it.
The entire Android ecosphere is like this in any case, it's disgusting. Give phone apps away for free, and entice users to get dependent on them. Then tell users to pound sand when they ask for support and maybe listen to 1 out of 200 feature requests. The purpose of the mobile apps from the developer's support is to make money feeding you push advertising or put golden handcuffs on you to lock you into their other products. Or, use the app to scrape information out of the users which you later sell.
As I have pointed out in this thread earlier, which you clearly did NOT read, everyone who has had problems with Outlook Mobile have had no problems with the same account using the Apple mail app or the Gmail mail app. Then MS admitted that they proxy the auths through their server. Why would they do this if they don't also proxy the email messages the app displays through their servers? No other mobile app that reads mail does this. Why not just stop doing this since it's causing problems or write an opt-out into the app?
I guarantee to you that there's hundreds of orgs out there who have CEO's who's personal cell phones are working fine with Outlook Mobile but half of their employees' phones are not - and the IT managers, directors and CIO's are being browbeaten by the CEO "well it works on my phone it must be your problem, not Microsofts"
It's precisely why Google Play put in the ratings system. Why need a rating system if everyone is happy with any of the free apps on Play Store? Of course, Microsoft's answer to that is call on their fanboys like you to stuff up the ratings on Google Play with a ton of glowing shill reviews.
