We experienced the same issue only with Android devices and the Microsoft Outlook mobile app (so far). BUT we have not applied the Mars SU update yet.
When users deleted and tried to add their Exchange account again they faced an error message saying something about that the connection could not be
established right now.
We tried the following under advanced settings that worked
Email adress: entered it
Password: Entered it
Description: Entered it
Server: Entered it
Domain: Ommited this field (left it blank)
Username: emailadress (or UPN)
before we hade the domain filled in and the username in format SamAccountname
That doesnt seem to work anymore (or after a recent update to the Android version Microsoft Outlook Mobile App.)
