Gent with all this issue with On-Prem exchange 2019 CU14 security patch with the search not working . So far the only Two things that work now is the following:
Also i tried with an account that was using office365 that had an on-premise account and an office 365 account and the disabling of cache did not work. Just want to put this out there for the microsoft testing / QA Team.
(1) Disable cache mode on your outlook ( Do not i do not see it affecting office 2013 and 2016. I do see it affecting outlook 2019 - 2021
(2) Add the following registry to local desktop by : Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Search
Add the following key:DisableServerAssistedSearch
Value 1
That works for me...
