Released: March 2023 Exchange Server Security Updates

I got some erros about Throttling Policy to many mailboxes. Multiples Mailboxes was locked after to apply this SU of March. (OWA, Outlook)

After restart the service Microsoft Exchange Throttling, i received the error bellow, and so the mailboxes locked, were unlocked.
