I believe that a previous revision of the "Exchange Service Host service fails" article Exchange Service Host service fails after installing March 2022 security update (KB5013118) (microsoft.com) mentioned that there was a fix forthcoming from Microsoft. Now it appears there is no mention of a fix but only a workaround. Two questions:
Should we expect a fix for this issue or should we just assume that this service may fail after the application of every future hotfix issued by Microsoft?
These kb articles used to have a date & time of last revision. Why aren't these time stamped any longer? Do you know how much time it takes to read one of these articles and try and guess if there are any changes since the last time you read it ?
