Not sure if I am asking this in the right location.
I installed the Exchange 2013 CU23 patch and now I have a weird problem where some incoming messages (mostly large messages) are bounced back to the sender. The reason is listed as "Too many related errors (in reply to end of DATA command)". What I see on the server is the MessageTracking Logs growing by about 10Kb every few seconds. We don't have this kind of traffic. The log reports that emails are being duplicated by the system and sent again and again and again. but these messages are no actually being sent by anyone or received by anyone, this all seems to be internal to the the system.
Any ideas would be appreciated, or maybe direct me to another blog post.
