Released: March 2021 Exchange Server Security Updates

Just to confirm, the 3/2/2021 security update is cumulative to all previously released security updates for Exchange 2013 CU23?  Typically it is noted in the "security update replacement information" section of the update (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/description-of-the-security-update-for-microsoft-exchange-server-2019-2016-and-2013-march-2-2021-kb5000871-9800a6bb-0a21-4ee7-b9da-fa85b3e1d23b).  The latest article does state that it is a replacement for the previously released security updates for Exchange 2016/2019. However, it does not indicate that it is a replacement for the 12/8/2020 security update for Exchange 2013 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/description-of-the-security-update-for-microsoft-exchange-server-2013-december-8-2020-836dda96-4c83-9475-b876-f8765b28abf0).  Please verify and/or update the KB description with the appropriate information.
