WinSrv2012R2, Exchange 2016 March 2023 SU. Installed JuneSU and Windows Server June 2023 Updates (KB5027271, KB5027542, KB5027533, KB5027282, KB5027574) and on both Exchange servers installed and works fine for many years Windows NLB. After reboot nobody cant connect to NLB IP address on 25 port.
Now i am uninstalling JuneSU to check does problem with NLB connected to Exchange SU. If it doesn't help, i'll uninstall recently installed June Windows Updates.
Uninstalling Exch SU doesn't help, but helped uninstalling June Windows Updates: KB5027271, KB5027282, KB5027141, KB5027128, KB5027109
Which of these updates breaking NLB i dont know, i'll investigate this later.
UPD: rolling back Windows Updates doesn't help - NLB still doesn't work.
