Applied February 2023 SU last evening on Exchange 2016 CU 23. All seemed well after installation - no issues during install. Latest Health Checker ran clean/green.
This morning we've got multiple reports of the following:
- Mac Outlook users unable to stay connected - client states "Not Connected". Restarting the client works for a short amount of time, but then goes back to Not Connected
- Windows Outlook users reporting showing "No Connection" when trying to search/add invitees to new meeting invites
- Windows Outlook search works for "All Outlook Items" or "Subfolder" but does not work for "Current Mailbox" or "Current Folder". Results state "we're having trouble fetching results from the server" (with a link to : let's look on your computer instead - which works fine) . Attempts to rebuild the Outlook Index don't seem to help resolve this issue.
For now we're directing people to OWA if they need to move forward with things. (OWA works fine and no issues seen related to the items above)
