Hello,
we've installed KB5029388 on two Exchange 2019 CU13 Servers including the bugfix guide (setting acl in registry) and the provided script on GitHub. After completion we are experiencing slow Outlook performance. The Clients are reporting that the "Profile is loading" screen is visible for a few minutes. This affects Outlook in online mode as well as in cache mode. Additionally users in online mode have to be very patient, because open mails, calendars, etc. is very slow and results often in a frozen application. Changing to calendar view and back to mail results in a frozen application too. We already tried to rollback the github script, but it didnt resolve our issues. Our cache mode users are experiencing issues with stable connection to the servers.
I've already verified with the Exchange Health-Check script that our servers are on the newest build version and the security patch is detected as installed.
Does someone else have the same issues?
