Hello, I am also getting Event ID 4002 & 24001 errors.
Additionally, I have error with Search-AdminAuditLog cmdlet:

An error occurred while trying to access the audit log. For more details see the inner exception. ---> System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
If I recycle MSExchangePowerShellAppPool it starts to work but fails after a few minutes. I have this problem in three different MS Exchange environments.
