Hi The_Exchange_Team ,
Just wanted to give a feedback and suggestion regarding the recent CU 14 upgrade. I was finally able to upgrade my Exchange 2019 server to CU14 but it was not that smooth. Initially the upgrade got stuck at 23% on Language Files step which I realized after waiting for 1-2 hours. Through past experiences and researches on this topic I suspected the installation might have got stuck due to Anti-Virus block and yes it turned out to true. I had to chase down the MS Defender team to stop\disable the MS AV and then restarted the upgrade. Sigh..! the upgrade steps got completed quickly this time. Thanks to my past experiences and instincts which made me think of this possibility.
So here I would like to suggest if this makes sense to you, please add this important NOTE onto the future CU upgrade articles i.e. to disable any AV software\services during CU upgrades and re-enable it once the upgrade is completed.
