thanks for your reply.
I have checked that:
1. We run the the script as an administrator.
2. There has no ciphers defined by GPO.
BTW, we can run the script enable the recommended cipher suites sucessfully on the windows server 2016.The script content as below picture.
But After run this script, we get the cipher suite from healthchecker.ps1 and we find that the cipher suite on windows server 2016 has nothing changed.
I think, may be the guide of TLS best practice for cipher suite with exchange server on windows server 2016 is not correct ?
