Mehtabkhan it belongs to from which CU you come. For example, if you upgrade from Exchange 2019 CU11, no schema change is done. If you come from CU9 or earlier, a schema change (the one which was introduced with CU10) is required.

doedoedoe Extended Protection is the feature that enables NTLM credential relay protection on Exchange. If Extended Protection is enabled, Exchange will reject authentication requests that were made by using relayed NTLM information.
