When you remove important functionality like certificate management via the Exchange admin centre, please could you reference this removal in your official Exchange technical documentation for certificate renewal!

It would beneficial to admins that they are aware that from latest CU for Exchange 2016/2019 that the feature has now gone. There appears to be an over-reliance on publishing important information through this blog which is not reflected in documentation. Please add a paragraph explaining the EAC is no longer valid for certificate renewal on the latest SU.
