I'm quite certain the erros appeared right after CU23 installation. I checked one server prior to installation of the latest sec updates and it also had those warnings in event logs. For now I'm just ignoring these warnings because everything is running normal and I didn't have time to investigate further. As a next step I wanted to try and disable the Add-In "Suggested Meetings" ("Vorgeschlagene Ereignisse") and see if that makes any difference. Btw, our servers don't have internet access and I'm seeing other errors aswell related to failed attempts to downloading XSD manifest files.
Failed to download manifest file from CDN because of exception 'Die zugrunde liegende Verbindung wurde geschlossen. Die mögliche Lösung könnte darin bestehen, TLS1.0/1.1 zu deaktivieren und TLS1.2 über den Registrierungsschlüssel von HKLM:/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/SecurityProviders/SCHANNEL zu aktivieren. There should be a way to disable all of this stuff on servers without internet access.
