Does the "no CU releases in December/Xmas" policy still apply?

Not this time.  Our schedule was delayed due to some security work we needed to do, so we're going to release CU15 next month (in Dec 2024).

      JS2022, to be fair, Microsoft said this CY.  Dec 2024 is this CY, and still possible...
