I'll echo this Greg on the support system.  I had a ticket too and it was 4-5 days of idle useless level 1 workstation-oriented troubleshooting.  Level 1 support had a huge failure on this and I want to again make that public from another MS customer (i.e. me).  They had NO idea, could not communicate and were having me jump through hoops of zero relevance and importance.

This is and was a systems issue from support.  I am not happy to think of the next time I might have to put in a ticket.

Again, sorry to hear that was your experience. For what it's worth, I'm sorry you had to go through that. It's not easy to get every agent to know of every change that might affect you, but we'll keep seeing what we can do to improve it I promise.

Greg, just to be clear: NOT ONE agent I spoke with (out of a total of about 6 spread over 4 tickets) had a clue. Granted, that seems to be the standard for "support agents" at the moment, but that still does not mean I have to be happy about it. And yes, for a change such as this that has the potential of breaking major components of the infrastructure, I would expect ALL agents to have been notified, but apparently they were also supposed to read it in the message center....
