Hello, I will likely be filing a Support Incident with MSFT pro services since this has rendered one of our machines inop. Weirdly, the other Exchange machine in the cluster had no problem.
Today I installed EX2019 CU13. After the CU install, I went to be diligent during our maintenance window and installed updates for Exchange. Both machines offered KB5030524. One server installed fine [Both Server 2022] ***set to English (United States)** The affected server throws the same 1603 error I see on German websites relating to this problem. Exchange also no longer runs on the affected server or serves clients. The Healthcheck PS script does not run because Exchange is not running. The V1 update was never attempted and does not exist in the update list or update uninstall list.
I am unsure if the same fixes should be done on an English system or attempted at all since I am being offered 5030524. if anyone on the Exchange team sees this or has some advice, please let me know
