Ensure that at least the April 2025 Hotfix Update (HU) is installed. While build 1748.10 (CU15) includes partial components of the feature, its implementation is incomplete.     Thank you so much for pointing us into the right direction and making us check the prereqs once more: for whatever reason we forget to install the Hotfix on two Exchange servers located in a different site... We are going to implement the dedicated Exchange hybrid app this weekend, but I'm pretty sure it will work fine this time.
