I agree, there has been a lot of issues with this deprecation and it has not been planned well.  We are ready we hope, but had to get them to prepare Managed Identity for Exchange Online and if we would not have pushed hard for that it wouldn't have happened and we would be stuck.  I'm concerned for their exchange modules as some of them appear to only support basic auth.  Smacks of lack of preparation, not on our part, but on their part
