WeetA - try sending yourself a mail, it doesn't need to come from outside. If that doesn't trigger the app, what version of IE do you have installed? It needs to be at least IE9. It's the client (in the case of Outlook) that spots and acts on the address. Are you using RTM Outlook? Or the public beta? I'm not sure the feature was in the beta.
