Just thought i'd point out the syntax above is wrong.

The correct syntax (as noted in the .ps1 notes) is:

maintenanceWrapper.ps1 –server <SERVERNAME> –action START

maintenanceWrapper.ps1 –server <SERVERNAME> –action STOP
