OST Sizing Guidance Changes

We have discovered one incompatibility with the Hotfix. It breaks Symantec DLO (Desktop and Laptop Option) for backup exec. On all of the machines we have installed this hotfix on, the DLO option will crash, here is the information out of the event viewer.
