Retention is an other point. I had to desactivate it as the users doesn't use the folders as an "archives" but more as a EDMS system.
The constraint was to use one folder's structure not splitted between main and archive's mailbox. One place for everything. I understand this is not really the Microsoft's archive philosophie.
Does someone knows how long it takes to have the 10GB more space after having reached the limits ? Not the first 10 GB but after. 150 GB to 160GB for example ? I Didn't see this info and my understanding is that it can takes 30 days too.....
